Dee Cordea

Dee joined Sheri’s team in 2017 and brings her many years of experience dedicated to the financial services industry.  Previously, Dee was a Senior Relationship Manager and Vice President at a global insurance brokerage.  She has 20+ years of experience and expertise in brokering insurance protection for securities broker-dealers, investment advisors, life insurance companies and agents.  Dee has worked with several associations to deliver Best-In-Class insurance products and offerings to its members. This includes the FINRA (fka NASD) sponsored Fidelity Bond program for Broker-Dealers.

Dee has met the insurance demands of a wide variety of firms, including those involved with Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Diligence Consulting and FinTech specialists. She is an expert with E&O, D&O, Fidelity and Cyber insurance.

Dee attended Christopher Newport University for Business Management/Administration and holds the CIC Designation. (Certified Insurance Counselor).

Dee has settled in a rural part of Virginia in a newly built home after working in our industry in Kentucky, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin.  When she takes her insurance hat off, it is replaced with a construction hard hat, a gardening apron or a visor and hiking boots to explore the beautiful countryside.
